Get a mentor.
Pay for a coach and ask them to keep you accountable.

Probably. It worked for me. Everytime I felt like I could never do this, write my first novella, my mentor told me:
You can do this!
I didn’t want to let her down so I ended up doing it.
And the rest is history.
But if I’d had a guide like this, I would have written that book myself. (Or hired the author as a coach.)
